Kirkland Lake Gold’s operations are located just five minutes from the Town of Kirkland Lake, in Northeastern Ontario. Kirkland Lake is a bi-lingual community with a population of 8000 people, with all the amenities of larger urban centers. The Town of Kirkland Lake offers a quick commute to larger centers. Our town is approximately 249 km north of North Bay, 146 km south east of Timmins, and 70 km west of Rouyn-Noranda, Quebec.

Kirkland Lake Gold is proud of its mining heritage, and has invested over $90 million in exploration and development and has well over three million ounces of gold in its mineral inventory. The company recently announced plans to increase annual production to over 180,000 - 200,000 ounces of gold per year.
